摘要
我们既要整体地、静止地看待教学,又要发展地、动态地看待教学。不同的年龄阶段的教学有不同的特点,中小学的教学与大学的教学有共同的特点,也存在较大的差异,这是教学的发展性。教学作为师生之间的交往活动,是从教师对学生关怀爱护发展到师生之间平等的深度交往的;教学作为教与学的双边活动,是从以教为主发展到以学为主的;教学既是一门科学,也是一门艺术,是从注重科学性发展到注重艺术性的。
Educators should value teaching entirely and staticly, and developmentally and dynamically as well.Teachings of different age groups feature differently. The nature of the development of education lies in the fact that there exist some similarities and dissimilarities concerning the teachings in the primary and secondary schools and in the universities. As an interaction activity between teachers and students, teaching develops from teaehers" care and love for students to the equal and deep communication between them. As a bilateral activity between teaching and learning, teaching develops from the focus of teaching to the focus of learning.As a science, and an art as well, teaching develops from emphasis on its scientifiealness to its artistry.
