摘要
为了向社会传送更多合格的优质人才,对大学生求学满意情境的行为反应进行调查,了解大学生在求学过程中可能会遇到的问题以及他们的心理行为反应倾向很有必要。文章收集了182份有效样本数据,运用EVLN模型分析的方式对大学生情境行为反应进行系统性描述分析和可靠性因子分析,分析结果如下:(1)EVLN模型在大学生样本中的信度较高,但忠诚行为反应的平均值和标准差相对低一些,维度和项目需进一步调整;(2)大学生面对求学不满意时,首先会选择忽略和无视问题,当忽略行为反应已经无法起到任何效果的时候,大学生就会采取退出的行为;(3)EVLN模型中的求学不满意情境中的6个维度之间是否具备一定的因果关系。基于上述分析结果,论文提出,提高大学生的求学满意度是一项长期性的系统工程,高等教育机构应当从细节入手,采用诸如呼吁忠诚行为、健全奖励处罚机制和及时沟通等手段促使大学生树立对学校教育树立信心,以积极乐观心态来面对求学不满意情境,进而做出正确的行为反应。
In order to transmitting more qualified high-quality talents to the society, we need to investigate college students' Behavior Reactions to Study Dissatisfaction, to understanding college students' Behavior Reactions to the problems they may encounter and their psychological behavioral responses in the process of studying. The article has collected 182 effective samples data and systemic described a reliability analysis and factor analysis on college students' Behavior Reactions to Study Dissatisfaction by adopting the way of EVLN model analysis, results are as follows: (1)the reliability of EVLN model in college students is higher, but loyal behavior reaction of the mean and standard deviation is relatively lower, dimension and the project need to be further adjustment; (2) when faced with dissatisfaction, the college students will first choose to ignore the problem, then take exit of behavior; (3) the Six dimensions in this EVLN model are have a certain causal relationship with each other. Based on the above analysis, this paper puts forward that, to improve college students" school satisfaction is a long-term systematic project, institutions of higher education should start from details, adopting the use of such as calling for loyalty behavior, Perfect reward punishment mechanism and timely communication to promote college students to set up optimistic attitude to the situation of Study Dissatisfaction, and then make the positive behavioral response.
