摘要
本研究通过对湖北省Y市实施了分层走班教学的两所重点中学进行实地调研,调查结果显示两校在实施分层走班教学过程中的教学管理问题突出,这主要表现在师资短缺、教室紧缺、课程设置不合理、班级交叉管理难度大、评价机制不完善、学生成绩两级分化严重六个方面。文章就此提出了建立教师流动制度、优化课程体系、明细班级管理制度、制定科学的评价体系,采取双向自主选择模式等解决策略,以期为分层走班教学的顺利推行提供借鉴。
Through interviews with some teachers and questionnaire survey among 200 students in two key senior high school in Y city in Hubei province, the result showed that the problems of teaching management in implementation of layered and mobile teaching system were highlighted. As the following six aspects showed: the shortage of teachers and classrooms; unreasonably designed curriculums; difficult overlapping class management; imperfect evaluation mechanism and serious polarization of students' performance. In this report, some strategies were puts forward, such as establishing the mobile system of teachers, optimizing the curriculum system, detailed class management rules, formulating a scientific evaluation system and adopting bidirectional choices, to provide a reference for the smooth implementation of layered and mobile teaching system.
