摘要
随着能源互联网概念的快速蔓延,目前国内外相关领域已有的技术、标准均未形成完备的概念和体系,文章以特高压、智能电网、清洁能源三大标准体系为基础,提出了现有技术领域、专业方向在参与构建全球能源互联网(GEI)标准体系的工作思路,分析了GEI标准体系构建方法论的内涵,并给出了GEI标准体系的国际化思路。
The concept of Energy Interconnection is spreading across some fields quickly, but at present there are not any mature concepts and architecture formed of techniques and standards in domestic and on aboard related area. This paper based on standard system of Extra-High Voltage (EHV), smart grid and clean energy, proposed methods to construct Global Energy lnterconnection (GEl) standard system in fields of existing technology, analyzed the connotation of methodology to construct GEl standard system. Finally, this paper gives internationalized methods of GEl standard system.
