摘要 针对覆冰对输电线路构成的巨大威胁,基于ArcGIS,采用模块化的实现方法,结合对覆冰监测、覆冰增长、设计冰厚以及地理信息等研究的一体化布局思路,完成了冰区图管理系统的设计与实现。与此同时,借助统计学聚类和分类方法,系统实现了气象数据、地理信息数据、电网数据和在线监测终端数据的融合;利用ArcGIS统计分析功能,解决了覆冰的可视化管理问题,实现了覆冰的趋势分析、与设计冰厚的对比分析及预警。试运行结果表明,该系统平台安全、稳定、可靠,可减轻线路覆冰的维护工作量,提高救灾效率,弥补对线路运行和线路走廊环境状况实时监控的不足,为线路防冰、抗冰提供了合理有效的设计参考依据和建议,同时也可为类似平台建设提供架构参考。 In view of the great threat to transmission lines from the ice-covered, based on ArcGIS, we use the modular implementation method to complete the design and development of the ice figure management systemplatfornlcombining with the integrated layout ideas in the monitoring of the icing, icing growth, ice thickness design and geographic information, and so on. Meanwhile, the system platform solves the problem of data fusion of meteorological data, geographical information data, power grid data and on-line detection terminal data with tile aids of clustering and classification method of statistics. The paper solves the problems of visual management of ice cover, the trend analysis of icing, the design of ice thickness contrast analysis and early warning by using the ArcGIS statistical analysis function. The system trial indicates that it is safe, stable and reliable,and it can reduce the maintenance workload for ice-covered line and improve the efficiency of disaster relief, moreover it makes up for the deficiency of the real-time environmental conditions monitoring in terms of line running and line corridors. The reasonable design reference and the suggestion for preventing icing and anti-icing are respectively provided by the platform. In addition, the system can provide architecture references for the similar platforms.
