翻转教学是相对于以教师为中心的传统教学模式提出的以学生为中心的教学方法。翻转教学中教与学的关系发生了变化,教学过程是课外学生自主学习,课中教师与学生互相讨论。翻转教学的教学方法要运用微视频、互联网等现代化教学手段;教学大纲进课堂,教学大纲内容成为教与学的一种协议;教学场所由课堂转变为更为广泛的实验教学实地;教学考核方式转变为除进行答题考试外,还要对学生自主学习态度、学习新知识能力和实际动手能力等综合能力进行考查。翻转教学是提高教学质量的有效途径,也是培养创新型人才的重要的教学模式。
