“一带一路”视域下内蒙古外语教育若干问题探讨

On Foreign Language Education of Inner Mongolia under the View of "One Belt,One Road"

2013年,习近平主席提出建设"一带一路"的国家战略构想,迫使我们必须及时科学、合理地调整语言战略布局,转变传统语言规划观,从而推进国家"走出去"。内蒙古自治区地处中、俄、蒙交界,正处于"一带一路"重要沿线,因此对其外语教育中所存在问题进行探讨的重要性也就不言而喻。本文从分析内蒙古外语教育现状进行入手,探讨现阶段如何提高内蒙古整体外语能力以应对国家发展战略转型提出建议,以期提升内蒙古整体人文素质,服务于国家战略转型。

In 2013,Chairman Xi Jinping put forward the national strategic vision of ＂ One belt, one road＂, which urges us to adjust linguistic strategic layout scientifically,change traditional linguistic planning view so as to promote the ＂Walking- out＂ policy of our country. Locating in the border of China, Russia and Mongolia, Inner Mongolia is alone the line of ＂One belt,one road＂. Therefore, it is important to discuss the problems existed in foreign language education. Starting from an analysis of the present situation of Inner Mongolia foreign language education, this paper puts forward suggestions on how to improve the overall foreign language competence of Inner Mongolia to face the transformation of national development strategy so as to improve the overall humanistic quality of Inner Moagolig and serve for national strategic transformation.
