龙岩市农村留守儿童体育权利缺失与回归

On the Lack and Return of Sports Right for the Left-behind Children in Rural Areas of Longyan

运用文献资料、问卷调查、访谈、田野调查和数理统计等研究方法,对龙岩市农村留守儿童体育权利缺失的现状进行调研。结果发现,农村留守儿童体育权利的缺失主要表现在三方面:学校体育、家庭体育和社区体育;其原因主要为:学校管理层和教师对体育不重视,监护人缺乏体育价值观,村委会干部对农村社区体育的认识欠缺。为此,我们必须改变传统思想观念,加强农村留守儿童的体育权利意识,健全农村留守儿童体育权利保障机制,加大监督力度,不断完善相关的体育权利法律法规。

By way of referring to relative material, surveys, interviews, quantitative statistics and field investigation, this paper studies the present situation of the lack of sports right for the left-behind children in the rural areas of Longyan City. The results show that the lack of physical rights of rural children left behind mainly in three aspects ： school sports, family sports and community sports ; the main rea- sons are ： school management and teachers do not attach importance to sports, guardians lack of sports values, Lack of awareness of ru- ral community sports. To this end, we must change the traditional ideas and concepts, to strengthen the rural children left behind the awareness of the rights of sports, improve the rural children left behind sports rights protection mechanism, increase supervision and constantly improve the relevant sports rights laws and regulations.
