委托——代理视域下研究生培养机制改革研究

Research on the Reform of Postgraduate Training Mechanism from the Perspective of Principal Agent Theory

研究生培养机制改革作为我国高等教育领域的一项重大变革,涉及到众多利益群体。本文利用现代经济学中的委托—代理理论,探讨了研究生培养机制改革中利益主体间在资源、管理、制度方面存在的问题,并从委托—代理关系的角度,深入剖析了问题的成因,以期进一步推动研究生培养机制改革的顺利实施。

As a major change in the field of higher education in China, the reform of graduate training mechanism involves many interest groups. In this paper, based on the principal agent theory in modern economics, discusses the cultivation mechanism reform between stakeholders in resources, management system, the problems of graduate students, and from the principal-agent perspective, in-depth analysis of the causes of the problem, in order to further promote the smooth implementation of the reform of postgraduate training mechanism.
