摘要
生态旅游遵循生态学和系统论,倡导以自然生态环境为基础,追求自然环境与历史人文的和谐相融,追求运作管理的科学性与主体各方的受益性协同并进,以此保障生态旅游的可持续发展。基于国际视角,本文从价值理念、运作管理、利益相关方等三方面梳理生态旅游的内涵标准,并以此为参照结合衢州全力打造国家东部生态文明旅游区和全面实施"全域旅游"战略实际,从价值理念、运作管理、利益相关方、外译书写和国际传播等四个维度,提出衢州生态旅游内涵的提升策略。
Eco-tourism abides by ecology and system theory. It pursues the harmony between natural environment and historical humanity, and the coordination between scientific managing and benefiting. Based on the protection of natural environment, it aims at sustainable development. From the international perspective, this article reorga- nizes the connotation and standards of eco-tourism from the three aspects of value idea, operation and manage- ment and interest related parties. Combing with the Quzhou reality of constructing the national east ecological civilization tourist destination and carrying out "the universe tourism" policy, this article also put forward four e- co-tourism promoting strategies in the ways of advancing value idea, improving operation and management, en- suring the interest of all parties and insisting on external translation and international spreading.
