企业文化影响企业薪酬战略设计,企业薪酬战略影响企业总体战略的实现、企业的成长与发展。本文基于竞争价值观框架企业文化,探讨了不同企业文化下的企业薪酬战略设计,使企业能够用恰当的薪酬战略支撑和推动企业的成长与发展。
Enterprise culture influences the design of enterprise's salary strategy. The enterprise's salary strategy affects the realization of the enterprise's overall strategy, the growth and development of the enterprise. Based on the corporate culture of competitive values, this paper explores the design of corporate compensation strategies under different corporate cultures, and enables enterprises to support and promote the growth and development of enterprises with appropriate compensation strategies.
