民办高职院开展现代学徒制的探索与实践综评

现代学徒制是学校与企业合作以师傅带徒弟强化实践教学的一种人才培养模式。它有利于促进行业、企业参与职业教育人才培养的全过程,是加快高职院校内涵式发展、全面提升高素质技术技能型人才培养质量必由之路,也是我国职业教育与国际接轨的必要途径。文章从民办高职院校参与现代学徒制试点工作中面临的问题与挑战,贯彻执行原则及实施策略几个方面进行探索。
