The Study on Training Mechanism of the College Student Party Members under New Circumstances

作为未来社会的中坚力量,大学生党员的"四自"能力和党性修养的提高,对推动高校党组织的先进性和纯洁性建设,加速中华民族伟大复兴的实现步伐有重要意义。结合当前社会转型的新形势,探讨提出建立健全常态化大学生党员政治理论学习机制和党内生活规范机制,创新"四自"能力培养的内容、方式和手段,完善师生联动、党团联动、校内校外联动机制的培养途径,加强学生党员"四自"能力评估和激励的新策略。

As the backbone for the future society, the four self-ability and party spirit was significant for promot- ing the advanced nature and purity development of the party organization in college, and accelerating the great Rejuvenation of the Chinese nation. Referring to the new circumstances, the methods and strategies were emphat- ically discussed in this paper , which included the normality mechanism of the political theory study and inner party life regular , the innovative mechanism of training modes and methods, the effective joint mechanism be- tween the teacher-student, the Communist Party- Youth League and the inside or outside schools, and the incen- tive and assessment mechanism.
