测定次数与结果处理在煤炭检测领域的应用探讨

Discussion of test times and result processing in the coal detection field

基于对检测煤炭相关参数的2次重复测定不满足要求时需进行3次甚至4次重复测定,GB/T 483—2007《煤炭分析试验方法一般规定》虽规定了相应的结果处理规则,但对于4次重复测定出现多种满足规则要求的组合时未能明确采取何种方法以确定最终结果。通过实例计算,提出了极差满足要求但均值不相等情况的解决办法,并就相关技术标准规范的补充和完善提供了思路。

According to the requirement of national standards General rules for analytical and testing methods of coal （GB/T 483—2007）, relevant coal parameter of coal testing should be repeated 3 or 4 times when the 2 times repeated determination could not meet the requirements, although the GB/T 483—2007 mentioned the result processing rules, but after 4 times of determination, when several kinds of group could all meet the requirements, which one to choose to determine the final results was not demonstrated clearly.Through example calculation, the solutions when the range could meet the requirements but the average values were not equal to each other were proposed, new ideas to supply and improve the corresponding technical standard specifications were provided.
