多喷嘴气化装置运行中存在的问题及优化措施

摘要 结合多喷嘴对置式水煤浆加压气化装置的运行情况,分析带压联投操作、安全系统联锁设计、捞渣机故障检修、黑水管线和酸性气管线布局等操作和工艺流程中存在的问题,通过优化流程和技术改造,取得较好的实用效果,操作更加灵活,安全联锁更加完善,事故处理更加快捷。 The operation status of pressurized coal water slurry gasifier with multiple and opposed burners was studied to find out the problems during hooking up the interlock system under pressure,in the safety system interlock design,during maintenance of slag conveyor and black water and sour gas line arrangement,and those existed in process flow. The optimization and technical transformation on the process achieved the practical performance,making the operation more flexible,interlock system much safer,and a quick response during emergent accident.
