摘要
介绍吸附塔裂缝形貌及使用情况,针对吸附塔出现的裂缝进行宏观断口分析、微观断口分析、原材料Q345R钢板的质量检查及相应的分析检测等,分析裂缝产生的原因,采取相应处理措施,取得了一定的效果。
This essay described the phenomenon of leakage from tower of pressure swing adsorption（PSA） in use. For the crack grown in the tower,we made a macrofractography and microfractography analysis,and quality inspection of raw material Q345R steel plate,and explored the innate factors that induced flaw.The reasons of flaw were analyzed and summarized. Corresponding measures were taken to obtain desired results.
