通过分析原烧嘴冷却水联锁条件下气化炉的运行情况,有针对性地对各联锁条件进行设计优化,使联锁触发逻辑更为合理,提高了气化炉运行的安全性和可靠性。
The operation of gasifier was analyzed by studying the original burner cooling interlock conditions. Each condition was optimized to make the logic that triggers the interlock more reasonable therefor to enhance the safety and reliability of gasifier.
