摘要
在测定尿素硝酸铵溶液中缩二脲时,为消除氨的干扰,分别进行了甲醇蒸发除氨、水浴蒸发除氨、通氮气除氨试验,确定了消除氨干扰的操作条件,建立了40℃水浴蒸发除氨硫酸铜分光光度法或通氮气除氨硫酸铜分光光度法测定尿素硝酸铵溶液中缩二脲含量的方法。
To eliminate ammonia interference during determination of biuret in urea ammonium nitrate solution,the experiments to remove ammonia,such as methanol evaporation to remove ammonia,water bath evaporation to remove ammonia,and removing ammonia by introducing nitrogen were conducted. Operation conditions to eliminate ammonia interference were confirmed,and finally the methods to determine biuret content were built up,such as spectrophotometry of removing ammonia copper sulfate by water bath evaporation at 40℃,or spectrophotometry of removing ammonia copper sulfate by introducing nitrogen gas.
