Design of Prestressed Concrete Bearing Column Transfer Beams in Wuxi Luneng Marriott Hotel

无锡鲁能万豪酒店综合楼共9层,采用框架-剪力墙结构,底部两层大堂抽柱形成大空间,3层及以上为标准层。三层为转换层,设置双向三跨及两跨预应力托柱转换大梁托抬上部四根框架柱,实现了上部4.5m+9.0m+4.5m柱网到下部18.0m及13.5m大柱网的转换。预应力转换梁及转换柱按中震弹性设计。重点介绍了预应力框架转换梁的设计全过程和构造措施。

Wuxi Luneng Marriott hotel, a buliding of nine layers, is frame-shear wall structure.At the bottom of the two layers some columns are removed to form a large space, the third layer and above are standard layers.The third layer is the conversion layer, two-way three and two span prestressed concrete bearing-column-transfer beams are set up to support the upper four frame columns, and it results in the conversion of the column grid based on 4.5m ＋9.0m ＋4.5m to the one based on 18.0m and 13.5m.The design of the prestressed transfer beams and transfer columns is according to the elastic design under moderate earthquake.In this paper, the design process and construction measures of the prestressed frame transfer beams are introduced.
