压力注浆钢管桩在钢管杆塔基础纠偏中的应用研究 被引量:1

摘要 软土地基条件下输电钢管杆塔地基基础易出现不均匀沉降,尤其是在运营阶段基础周围出现大面积堆载情况下,地基基础的不均匀沉降更为明显,这将导致上部钢管杆塔出现严重倾斜,危及到输电线路的安全。文章结合连云港地区某直线输电钢管杆塔因地基不均匀沉降导致杆塔倾斜的实际工程问题,在原输电线路不断电的条件下,采用微孔压力注浆钢管桩进行基础托换,同步控制液压比例顶升技术进行顶升纠偏,后期沉降监测结果表明原基础无继续沉降,取得了良好的工程效果。 In steel pole tower foundation it is easy to appear uneven settlement under the condition of soft soil foundation, especially in the operational phase based around a massive pile of load cases, uneven settlement of foundation would lead the upper pole tower to tilt seriously and endanger the safety of the transmission line.In this paper, combined with practical engineering problem that tower tilt caused by uneven settlement of foundation in Lianyungang, the technology of foundation underpinned by pressure grouting steel pipe pile and synchronous control hydraulic jack used for foundation rectification was put into effect under the condition of constant electric transmission.Monitoring results show that the effect is good.
