Analysis Model of Comprehensive Benefit in Industrialized Building with Perspective of Economy

摘要 建筑工业化是对传统建筑业的一场革命,是未来建筑业发展的必然趋势。结合工业化建筑的自身特点,建立经济效益、环境效益和社会效益分析模型;结合案例,以经济角度量化分析工业化建筑的综合效益,并得出结论:工业化建筑比传统现浇建筑在综合效益上有明显优势。研究成果为推广工业化建筑提供参考依据。 Construction industrialization is a revolution to traditional construction industry, and is inevitable developing trend of construction industry in future. In this paper, combined with the characteristic of industrialized building, establishes the analysis model about economic benefits, environmental benefits and social benefits. Combined with case study, analyzes the comprehensive benefits of industrialized building with perspective of economy, in order to provide reference for the evaluation of comprehensive benefit in industrialized building.
