摘要
本文分析全过程造价咨询业务工作流程特点,提出以造价咨询公司为主体的全过程造价咨询中需要解决的管理问题,进而构建基于BIM全过程造价咨询的信息集成模型、过程集成模型、组织集成模型,实现对全过程造价咨询的集成管理。
In the paper, workflow characteristics of whole-process cost consultation business are analyzed. ment problems in whole-process cost consultation with cost Consultation Company as the main body are structing BIM-based information integration model, process integration model and organization integration cost consultation, and realizing integrated management of whole-process cost consultation.
