摘要
当前以清单计价为主的国内工程建设领域,在招标投标环节暴露出许多新问题。本文提出了一种新型评标体系,包含建设工程评标办法体系、建设工程信息平台体系、建设工程诚信评价体系三个方面,并进一步对各体系的内容进行分析与构建,从而为解决当前招标投标过程中存在的问题提供解决思路。
Many new problems are exposed in the tendering and bidding links in the field of domestic engineering construction based on list valuation currently, In the paper, a novel bid evaluation system is proposed, including three aspects of construction project bid evaluation method system, construction project information platform system and construction project credit evaluation system. The contents in all systems are further analyzed and constructed, thereby providing solutions for problems in current bidding and tendering process.
