PVB改性石墨类固体润滑材料的配方优化及性能研究

摘要 采用热压成型工艺制备出了聚乙烯醇缩丁醛(PVB)/石墨固体润滑材料,研究了粘接剂含量对固体润滑材料的硬度、抗压抗弯强度、摩擦磨损等性能的影响,采用TG-DSC分析了其热稳定性,应用超景深三维显微系统和扫描电镜分析及表征其微观形貌,并利用GeneXPro Tools和Matlab对其性能与配比的关系进行了函数模拟,建立函数图像.试验结果表明:函数图像的最优配方与实验验证结果基本一致,可以指导配方优化. In this paper, polyvinyl butyral (PVB) / graphite solid lubrication material were prepared using a hot press technique. The effects of adhesive contents on the properties of solid lubricating materials were studied including hardness, compressive and flexural strength, frictional behaviour and wear resistance. The thermal stability was analyzed by TG-DSC. Surface morphology were characterized by super depth 3D microscopy and scanning electron microscopy. GeneXPro Tools and Matlab were used to simulate the relationship between the performance and the ratio for establishing functional image. The experimental results show that the optimal formula of the functional image is consistent with the experimental results, which is able to guide the optimization of the formula.
