基于物元可拓模型的区域用水效率控制综合评价 被引量:4

摘要 用水效率控制是最严格水资源管理制度的核心内容之一,客观评价其控制实施水平极为重要。在科学界定区域用水效率控制内涵的基础上,分别从农业、工业、生活和生态环境用水的影响机理出发,通过定性和定量分析各行业用水效率的内外影响因素,构建了区域用水效率控制评价指标体系,建立了基于熵值法的物元可拓评价模型,并将其应用于2011~2014年江西省的用水效率评价中。结果表明,江西省综合用水效率呈逐年提高趋势,物元可拓评价法具有实际意义明确,评价结果客观等优点,可为区域用水效率控制实施情况研究提供理论依据。 Water use efficiency control is one of the core contents of the strictest water resources management system,and an objective evaluation of its implementation effects is very important.Based on defining the water use efficiency control and the influence mechanism of agricultural,industrial,living and ecological water utilization,this paper proposed an evaluation index system through qualitative and quantitative analysis of external and internal factors for influencing water use efficiency.And then,a matter-element model was developed based on entropy weight.The extension matter-element model was used to evaluate water use efficiency in Jiangxi Province during 2011-2014.The results show that the water use efficiency in Jiangxi province is improved gradually.The matter-element extension model is simple and practicable,and the evaluation result tallies with the fact.This method can provide new theoretical basis for the regional of water use efficiency control.
