一种土石坝有限元网格的快速生成算法

摘要 针对有限元软件前处理器建立土石坝有限元网格模型效率不高的问题,提出了一种土石坝有限元网格的快速生成算法。该算法首先将土石坝最大断面进行二维网格剖分,并将其沿坝轴线方向平推,得到土石坝初始三维网格;其次,将复杂的建基面简化为若干平面的组合,考虑平面组合和三维网格各单元的位置关系,用该平面组合对土石坝初始三维网格进行切割,实现了考虑建基面形状的土石坝网格;最后,对切割后的坝体网格向下方和四周进行拉伸,得到含有均质地基的大坝—地基有限元网格。通过如美工程的实例应用,验证了该方法生成土石坝有限元网格的高效性。 Aiming at the low efficiency problem of establishing finite element mesh model of earth-rock fill dam in the pre-processor,a fast generation algorithm of earth-rock fill dam finite element mesh is proposed in this paper.First,the initial three-dimensional mesh of earth-rock fill dam is carried out by subdividing the maximum section of earth-rock fill dam and extending it along the direction of dam axis.Secondly,the earth-rock fill dam mesh including foundation surface shape is carried out by simplifying the complex foundation surface to a number of planes and then cutting the three-dimensional elements with the combination of the planes using the position relationship of the planes with the elements.Finally,dam-foundation finite element model with homogeneous foundation is figured out by extending the under and the around direction of the cutting dam mesh.The feasibility and reliability of the method is verified by the application of Rumei engineering.
