摘要
为更准确地计算平底差动坎的水舌挑距,对平底差动坎进行了物理模型试验,采用水舌运动轨迹公式估算差动坎水舌挑距,并根据理论分析和模型试验结果,修正了上股水舌挑距估算公式中的出射角及下股水舌挑距估算公式中的出射流速,由此得到了系列差动坎水舌挑距估算公式,其计算值与试验值吻合良好,误差控制在10%以内,可为工程设计提供参考。
Physical model tests were carried out on flat differential bucket to optimize its jet trajectory distance computation.The jet trajectory distance was estimated using movement equations,and the jet angle of the upper jet as well as the flow velocity of the lower jet were modified according to theoretical analysis and test results.Therefore,a series of jet trajectory distance formulas for flat differential bucket were obtained,and tally well with the test results.The relative error falls within 10 %,and this can be a reference for practical engineering projects.
