摘要 为研究后置导叶进口安放角对轴流泵水力性能的影响,在常规导叶基础上将导叶分为进口段和出口段两部分,运用数值模拟的方法研究了5种导叶进口安放角对轴流泵泵段水力性能的影响。结果表明,轴流泵在偏离设计工况下运行时,通过调节导叶进口角度可以减小导叶进口冲角,改善导叶体内流态。在后置导叶原设计进口角度的基础上,沿旋转轴顺时针调节适当角度可提高大流量处的泵段效率,逆时针调节适当角度可提高小流量处的泵段效率。不同导叶进口角主要是保证多种工况下水流无撞击进入导叶室,对泵段的其他过流部件水力性能基本无影响。研究成果有助于轴流泵导叶性能的优化设计。 In order to investigate the impact of inlet angle of guide vane on the hydraulic performance of axial-flow pump,based on the conventional guide vane,the new-type guide vane was divided into two parts of the inlet and outlet segment.The influence of 5kinds of inlet angle of guide vane on the hydraulic performance of axial flow pump was studied by numerical simulation method.The results show that when the axial-flow pump is operating under the non-designed condition,adjusting the inlet angle of guide vane can decrease the inlet incidence angle of guide vane and improve the internal flow field.Based on the original design inlet angle,adjusting the appropriate angle of guide vane along clockwise of the rotation axis can significantly improve the efficiency of large flow rate condition;on the contrary,it can improve the efficiency of small flow rate condition.Different inlet angle of guide vane is mainly to ensure that a variety of water flow into the guide chamber without impact and the hydraulic performance of other parts is not affected.The results of the study will help the optimization design of guide vane for axial-flow pump.
