为掌握现有的水资源状况,保证工业、农业和生活用水的可持续利用,需要对现有水资源量进行统计和规划。通过分析中国与美国供用水统计方法的发展情况,根据两国不同的工、农业和生活用水等方面的用水现状,分析了各用水户的供用水量统计方法。目前我国与美国由于用水户的用水量存在很大区别,特别是在火电用水、农业用水和生活用水方面,用水量统计方法存在较大差别。

In order to grasp the current situation of water resources and guarantee the sustainable utilization of the industrial, agricultural and domestic water, we need to predict and plan for the existing water resources. By introducing development of statistical methods in China and America, the statistical methods of different users are analyzed. Especially in thermoelectric-power generation water consumption, irrigation water consumption and domestic water consumption, there are big differences of water resources statistical methods.
