摘要
缆机作为高拱坝混凝土浇筑的主要机械,提高其利用率对于加快工程进度、缩短工期、降低成本、保证工程质量具有重要实际意义。通过探入分析缆机双仓联合浇筑条件及干扰,充分发掘缆机的富余浇筑能力,建立了以缆机为基本决策单元的高拱坝缆机双仓联合浇筑模拟优化模型。优化模型以均衡施工强度、提高缆机利用率、加快施工进度为目标,通过对缆机的优化调度来比选方案。研究成果应用于某大坝混凝土浇筑施工中,对于指导高拱坝混凝土施工、优选浇筑方案具有重要理论意义。
As the main machine for concrete pouring of high arch dam, improving the utilization rate of the cable machine is of great practical significance to speed up the progress of the project, shorten the construction period, reduce the cost and ensure the quality of the project. Based on the deep analysis of the conditions and interferences of double-cages combined pouring of cable machine, the spare-pouring capacity of cable machine is fully exploited, and the simulation optimization model of double-cages combined pouring of high arch dam cable machine is established by taking the cable machine as the basic decision unit. Optimization model takes balancing the construction intensity, improving the utilization rate of cable machine and speeding up the construction schedule as the goal. The scheme is determined through optimization of the cable machine scheduling. The research results are applied to the construction of a certain dam concrete pouring, which has important theoretical significance for guiding the concrete construction and optimizing the pouring scheme of high arch dam.
