摘要 以导叶式混流泵为例,通过改变叶片截面的扭曲角和导叶的扫掠角度,对混流泵进行了优化设计,进而采用数值模拟方法分析了混流泵的水力性能。结果表明,在一定范围内,调整叶片的扭曲角度会使泵段效率上升;增大导叶的扫掠角度,导叶翼型的表面流线分布会更加均匀,可有效避免导叶表面的脱流漩涡,优化后的混流泵段效率比优化前提高了8.36%。 Taking a mixed-flow pump with guide vanes as an research object, the structure of mixed-flow pump was optimized by changing the twist angle of the impeller section and sweep angle of guide vanes. And then the method of numerical simulation was used to analyze the hydraulic performance of mixed flow pump. The results show that the adjusting the blade twist angle in a certain range, the efficiency of the pump will rise; increasing sweep angle of guide vanes, the streamline of vane airfoil surface will be distributed more evenly, which avoids the vane surface vortices effectively. The efficiency of mixed-flow pump increases 8.36 percent after optimization design.
