牵引式蔬菜种子精量播种机结构研究 被引量:3

摘要 针对蔬菜播种环节存在的机械化水平低、播种质量差和机具缺乏等问题,开展蔬菜种子播种机的研究。通过引进吸收国外相关机型技术为基础,结合鸡毛菜、苋菜和茼蒿等小粒径(直径在3mm以内)蔬菜种子的播种作业模式和农艺要求,研发出牵引式蔬菜种子精量播种机,简化播种机结构,提高播种作业效率,实现一机单行、双行或多行播种,进而提高蔬菜播种质量和经济效益。 Aiming at the problems exist in sowing link of vegetable,like low level of mechanization,poor quality of sowing,lack of equipment and so on,a study on seeder for vegetable seeds was carried out.Based on the overseas machine types and technology,tractive precision seeder for vegetable seeds was developed,which combining with the sowing pattern and agronomic requirements of vegetable seeds,such as Chinese little greens,amaranth,chrysanthemum,and other seeds(diameter less than 3mm).This designed machine can simplify the structure of seeder,improve the sowing efficiency,and achieve the sowing for single,double or multi-row,thus,improve the quality and economic benefits of vegetable sowing.
