基于Fluent的农用齿轮泵不同转速下的流场分析 被引量:12

摘要 齿轮泵作为拖拉机中液压系统的加压元件,它的工作状态和性能直接影响着拖拉机的工作性能。基于Fluent软件,参数化建立齿轮泵二维模型,导入Fluent中进行齿轮泵流场求解计算,分析不同转速下齿轮泵内部流场压力、转速、脉动、噪声的变化规律。选择合理转速有利于提高齿轮泵性能和寿命,也为齿轮泵的分析和优化奠定了基础。 Gear pump is the pressurized component of tractor hydraulic system, and its working state and performance directly influence the performance of tractor. The two dimensional and parametric model of gear pump was built based on Fluent, and then the software was used to calculate the flow field. Thus, the variation law of pressure, rotation speed, pulsation and noise of flow field were analyzed. Selecting the reasonable speed has advantages for improving the performance and fife of gear pump, and can fay foundation for its analysis and optimization.
