一种可调节式棚架的设计与应用分析

摘要 针对棚架的循环利用率低,使用不灵活,存在安全隐患等问题,提出一种新型棚架结构方案。棚架的长度、宽度和高度都可以调节,可使用面积和体积能够灵活改变,安装、拆卸简单,折叠、运输方便。在此方案基础上,设计一款农用车辆户外停车棚,并建立有限元分析模型。以北京地区10年一遇的大风、雪压载荷的大小为例,对农用停车棚运用ANSYS软件进行可靠性和可行性仿真分析,结果显示在雪载荷0.25kN/m2和风载荷0.30kN/m2作用下的最大变形量分别为0.92mm和12.10mm,在风载荷和雪载荷共同作用下的变形量为13.02mm,小于该尺寸棚架的允许位移值15mm,满足国家建筑结构的安全要求。 Aiming at the problems of trellis,such as low cycle utilization,inflexible use,safety hazard and so on,a new structure scheme of trellis was proposed.The length,width and height of trellis are adjustable,which can change the size and volume flexibly,easy to install,remove,folding and transport.Based on this scheme,an outdoor parking shed for agricultural vehicles was designed and its finite element analysis model was established.Taking ten-year return period wind and snow pressure in the Beijing area as example,reliability and feasibility of this shed were simulated and analyzed.Results show that the maximum deformation amounts are0.92 mm and 12.10 mm under the loads of 0.25kN/m2(snow)and 0.30kN/m2(wind)respectively,and achieve 13.02 mm under the combined action of wind and snow.All the results are less than the allowable displacement 15 mm,which can meet the safety requirements of national building structure.
