摘要
为了解决华南水文仪器检测中心仪器老化等的问题,研发了流速仪检定车数据采集与处理系统的硬件和上位机软件。本研究重点解决该系统改造过程中的采集系统硬件设计、通信协议、数据库库表结构及仪器常数a和水力螺距b的计算。硬件电路设计方面采用隔离变压器、核心电路与外围电路单独供电且通过磁耦合进行信号传输等措施防止干扰信号对数据采集电路的影响;选择不同的延时去抖动时间和延时判决时间实现去抖动。系统软件方面设计了ASCII编码的通信协议和数据库库表结构,实现了对数据的接收与解译、参数计算、数据库管理、信息查询、生成报表等功能。通过现场测试,验证了该系统能够精确、快速地运行。
In order to solve aging equipment of the South China Hydrological Instrument Testing Center, the data acquisition and processing system hardware and software of current meter calibration vehicle are reformed. This study focused on solving the key technology of hardware design, the system transformation process in the system of data communication protocol, database table structure design and the calculation of instrument constants and hydraulic screw pitch. The design of hardware of the system using the isolation transformer, and the core circuit powering peripheral circuit alone and through the photocoupling for signal transmission and other measures to prevent the influence of interference data acquisition circuit, select a different time of "delay to the jitter and delay judgment" decision to achieve "jitter" . Software of the system is designed by communication protocol by ASCII code and database table structure, realizes sending and receiving, data interpretation, calculation of parameters, database management, information query, report generation function. Through test, it is proved that the system can work accurately and quickly and reliably.
