Study on Accelerating the Informationization of Pumped Storage Power Station during Infrastructure Period

企业高效信息化可以提升管理水平,提高企业运行效益。当前抽水蓄能电站面临历史性发展机遇,基建期电站数量多,建设周期长,深化基建信息化应用水平是提高抽水蓄能电站基建期管理水平的重要途径。本文分析了当前抽水蓄能电站建设形势和任务,针对抽水蓄能电站基建期信息化中出现的问题,提出构建适合公司管理体制要求的信息化建设建议。

The enterprise informationization can improve management level and operational efficiency. Now the pumped storage power station is facing a historic development opportunity. But during the infrastructure period, it is an important way to deepen the level of informationization application for advancing pumped storage power station management since so many power stations and so long construction period. This paper analyzes the current situations and tasks of the power station infrastructure according to the informationization issues, and finally proposes the suitable advice for the informationization of company management system.
