风险企业VC-E公平感知合作创新意愿与创新绩效的关系

Research on the relationship of VC-E' justice perception,intention to cooperative innovation and innovation performance

从公平感知的视角出发,揭示微观层面风险企业内部双边促进创新绩效产出的过程。分析公平感知对合伙双边合作创新意愿以及创新绩效的作用,以及环境不确定性在上述关系中的调节作用。通过问卷调查收集一手数据,运用回归分析方法得出:公平感知与合作创新意愿及创新绩效有正向关系;合作创新意愿在公平感知及创新绩效之间起中介作用;环境不确定性正向调节公平感知与合作创新意愿之间的关系。研究结论具有一定的理论价值及现实意义。

Aimed at the question of Intention to Cooperative Innovation and Innovation Performance. this paper reveals the process how the entrepreneurs and the venture capitalists promote innovation performance of venture enterprise from the perspective of justice perception. Collecting data through the questionnaire survey, and using the method of regression analysis, empirical analysis indicates t- hat justice perception has a positive impact on intention to cooperative innovation and innovation performance; cooperation intention plays a mediating role between justice perception and innovation performance; environmental uncertainty moderates relationship between justice perception and intention to cooperative innovation. The research conclusion has certain theoretical value and practical significance.
