为保障我国保障性住房公共政策目标的有效实现,以我国保障性住房市场供给方式法律规制制度为研究对象。采用归纳分析的研究方法,分析了我国保障性住房市场供给方式法律规制制度存在的主要问题。提出做实招投标制度、健全质量监管法律制度、建立合理的价格约束机制的建议。

To ensure the realization of social security housing public policy in our country, the legal regulation system of our country＇s social security housing market supply way is taken as the research object, the method of inductive analysis is adopted, the main problems of legal regulation system and supply mode of our country＇s social security housing market are analyzed. It is proposed that we should strengthen the bidding system, improve the legal system of quality supervision and establish reasonable price constraint mechanism.
