X光机摄片及螺旋CT检查对脊柱骨折的诊断价值分析

Analysis of X-ray Radiography and Spiral CT Scan in the Diagnosis of Spinal Fracture

目的:分析常规X线片与螺旋CT在脊柱骨折患者临床诊断治疗中的应用价值。方法:对52例脊柱骨折患者分别行常规X线片与螺旋CT检查,对比分析常规X线片与螺旋CT在脊柱骨折患者临床诊断治疗中的应用价值。结果:参照手术证实脊柱骨折情况,螺旋CT技术脊柱骨折检出符合率(98.08%)显著高于常规X线片检查(84.61%),P<0.05。结论:X线片与螺旋CT在临床脊柱骨折患者的诊断均具有较高的应用价值,X线片成为临床骨折患者首选基础检查手段,但对轻度骨折及椎体小关节骨折、脊柱后柱结构骨折X线片的分辨率较低,而CT进行检查对细小组织结构变化具有较高的分辨率,可以弥补X线片检查不足,临床检查应该结合应用X线片与螺旋CT技术进行诊断,提高诊断准确率。

Objective： To analyze the conventional X-ray and spiral CT fractures treatment of clinical diagnosis in patients with spine. Methods： 52 cases of spinal fractures were treated with conventional X-ray and spiral CT examination, comparative analysis of conventional X-ray and spiral CT fractures treatment of clinical diagnosis in patients with spine. Results： According to the operation confirmed spinal fractures,spiral CT spinal fracture detection rate（98.08%） was significantly higher than that of conventional X-ray examination（84.61%）, P〈0.05. Conclusion： The X-ray and spiral CT in clinical diagnosis of patients with spinal fracture application value is high, the X-ray become clinical fracture patients preferred basic examination means, but for mild fracture and vertebral facet fracture, posterior column fracture structure of X-ray resolution is low, and has high resolution of small changes in the structure of organizing the inspection CT, can make up for the X-ray. The clinical examination should be combined with the application of X-ray and spiral CT technology to diagnose, improve the diagnostic accuracy rate.
