乳腺钼靶CR摄影技术对乳腺病变的诊断作用研究

Effect of Diagnostic Mammography CR Photography Breast Lesions

目的:研究乳腺钼靶CR摄影技术对乳腺病变的诊断作用。方法:选取2012年4月-2015年4月我院收治的108例临床病理证实为乳腺癌患者作为观察目标,所有患者均给予乳腺钼靶CR摄影技术检查诊断,并与病理结果进行比较。结果:108例患者病理证实良性病变46例,恶性肿瘤62例。乳腺钼靶CR摄影技术确诊良性病变和恶性肿瘤分别为48例、60例,诊断准确率分别为95.2%,96.8%。结论:乳腺钼靶CR摄影技术对乳腺病变具有较高的诊断准确率,有利于鉴别乳腺疾病患者的良恶性,具有积极的临床借鉴和推广价值。

Objective： Mammography CR photographic technology in the diagnosis of breast lesions.Methods： April 2012-April 2015 in our hospital clinical pathology confirmed 108 cases of breast cancer as the target of observation, all patients were given mammography CR photography diagnosed, and the results were compared with pathological results. Results：108 patients with pathologically confirmed 46 cases of benign lesions, 62 cases of malignant tumors. Mammography CR photography diagnosed with benign and malignant tumors were 48 cases, 60 cases, the diagnostic accuracy of 95.2%, 96.8%respectively. Conclusion： Mammography CR photography breast lesions with high diagnostic accuracy,discriminating in favor of benign and malignant breast disease in patients with positive clinical reference and promotional value.
