MRI诊断半月板损伤与关节镜检查结果对比分析

Comparative Analysis of the Results of MRI Diagnosis of Meniscus Injury and Arthroscopy

目的:对比分析MRI诊断半月板损伤与关节镜检查结果的临床诊断价值。方法:将93例已确认为半月板损伤的患者作为本次研究的对象,对所有受试对象分别进行MRI和关节镜检查,将所有检测标本的检测结果进行对比,以评估MRI和关节镜检查对于半月板损伤患者的临床诊断价值。结果:关节镜结果中有86例阳性,7例阴性;MRI检查结果中有85例为阳性,8例为阴性。MRI与关节镜对于半月板损伤的诊断价值无显著差异,没有统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:MRI与关节镜对于半月板损伤的诊断价值均较为理想,且MRI相比于关节镜属于无创检查,值得临床推广。

Objective： To analysis the clinical diagnostic value of MRI diagnosis of meniscal injury and arthroscopic findings. Methods： 93 patients has confirmed for meniscus injury patients as the research object, for all subjects were examined by MRI and arthroscopy, all the tested samples and the test results were compared, to evaluate MRI and arthroscopy for meniscus injury in patients with clinical diagnosis value. Results： 86 cases were positive, and 7 cases of negative results in arthroscopic;MRI examination results have 85 cases of positive, 8 cases for negative MRI and arthroscopy for diagnosis of meniscus injury had no significant difference. There is no statistical significance（P〈0.05）.Conclusion： The value of MRI and arthroscopy in the diagnosis of meniscus injury are more ideal, and MRI compared to the arthroscopy is no invasive examination, it is worth clinical promotion.
