CT扫描对胫骨平台骨折分型及治疗的影响分析

Analysis of Influence of Classification and Treatment of Tibial Plateau Fractures by CT Scanning

目的:深入探讨CT扫描对胫骨平台骨折分型和治疗的作用。方法:选取我院2015年1月至2016年8月期间收治的26例胫骨平台骨折患者作为本次研究的研究对象,采用回顾性分析的方式对所有患者的一般资料进行总结,借助胫骨平台骨折Schatzker分型方法,对X线片与结合CT扫描的分型结果进行比较和分析。结果:统计结果显示,本次研究所选取的26例患者中,6例患者(23.08%)CT扫描结果后更改分型,其中3例患者调整为内固定手术,占总患者数的11.54%。结论:CT扫描对于胫骨平台骨折的分型及治疗方法的选择具有重要的指示作用,具有其他检测作用所不具备的效果,方法值得在临床实践中予以借鉴和推广。

Objective： To deeply probe into the function of classification and treatment of CT scan on tibial plateau fracture. Methods： 26 cases of patients with fracture of tibial plateau and who accepted treatments in our hospital from January 2015 to August 2016 were taken as the research objects, and were general information of all patients were summarized by the way of retrospective analysis. And the classification results of X-ray film and CT scan were compared and analyzed by the Schatzker typing method with the aid of tibial plateau fracture. Results： The statistical results showed that 26 patients were selected in this study, which 6 cases of patients（23.08%）were CT scan results after changing the type, and among them, 3 patients were adjusted for internal fixation, accounting for 11.54% of the total number of patients. Conclusion： The CT scan is an important indicator for the classification and treatment of tibial plateau fractures, which it has effect which the other test function does not have, the method is worthy to be used for reference and promotion in the clinical practice.
