摘要
B型超声诊断仪是目前在临床中应用最广的检测仪器之一,是产前诊断中不可或缺的重要检查手段。本文通过阐述B超在早期胚胎异常、中期胎儿畸形筛查、晚期胎儿脐带绕颈三方面的作用来探讨B超在产科临床妊娠异常诊断中的应用意义。
Type-B ultrasonic diagnostic apparatus is one of detecting instruments to be most widely used in clinic at present and the indispensable important examinational means in prenatal diagnosis. In the review, the functions of type-B ultrasonic on abnormal embryo at early stage, fetal malformation screening at middle stage and umbilical cord around the neck at late stage were explained to be discussed diagnostic significances of type-B ultrasonic on abnormal pregnancy.
