摘要 文章针对双师型教师培养的需要查阅国内外文献,并应用问卷调查研究方法掌握研究现状,通过调查指标的均值与频数定量分析,结合访谈法完成双师型教师培养现状的分析,在此基础上归纳分析,提出构建机制的关键因素,为构建双师型教师培养体系打下基础,该研究是校企合作人才培养模式的重要支撑。 According to the needs of teachers training of literatures at home and abroad, and the application of questionnaire research and grasp, through the mean frequency quantitutive survey index analysis, combined with analysis of interviews completed teacher training status, on the basis of this analysis, put forward the key factors to construct the mechanism, lays the foundation for the construction of the training system of teachers teachers. The study is an important support for the training model of school enterprise cooperation.
