丁辛醇装置降膜蒸发器蒸发效率分析

ANALYSIS ON EVAPORATION EFFICIENCY OF FALLING FILM EVAPORATOR IN BUTANOL AND OCTANOL UNIT

摘要 从丁辛醇装置蒸发系统入手,以降膜蒸发器为中心,叙述其原理、工艺流程、各种因素的影响、重要参数的操作处理等,并强调了生产过程中应注意的事项。 Starting with evaporation system of the butanol and octanol unit, considering falling film evaporator as the center, the principle, process flow, effect of each factor and operation treatment on important parameters of the falling film evaporator were described, and matter nee- ded to pay attention in production course was found.
