浓硫酸管道弯头的冲蚀分析与预防对策

摘要 通过对浓硫酸管道弯头的腐蚀情况分析,确定了弯头腐蚀的原因是由于浓硫酸的强腐蚀性造成的化学腐蚀和电化学腐蚀;因流速过快,存在的气泡可能会造成弯头的气蚀,以及流动加速腐蚀和冲蚀磨损等。结合生产实际提出了解决问题的预防措施和优化方案。 Corrosion cause of the elbow owing to chemical and electrochemical corrosion by strong corrosiveness of the concentrated sulfuric acid was determined by corrosive condition anal- ysis on the pipe elbow for transportation of concentrated sulfuric acid. The causes including cav- itation of the bubble stem from high speed of the sulfuric acid, accelerated corrosion of the flow and erosion wear. Prevention measures and optimized project for solution of the corrosion were given combing with production action.
