摘要
着重介绍第一套催化裂化装置改造的主要内容以及沉降器内部结焦情况。针对结焦问题做了不同情况下的原因分析,提出了操作方面、技术改造方面以及技术储备方面的应对措施。通过技术改造,应用VQS结构解决了沉降器结焦。
The major reform situation on No. 1 catalytic cracking unit ano coking state in the settler were emphatically described. Causes for coking under different conditions were analyzed, corresponding measures such as operation, technological reform and technological reserve were given aiming at coking tendency by interior structure of the settler. Coking on the settler was solved by technological reform of adopting VQS structure.
