丁二烯装置溶剂回收塔污水指标分析及优化

摘要 对抚顺石化160 kt/a丁二烯装置溶剂回收塔的污水指标进行了研究,找出了系统控制的短板并提出了加热方案的优化措施。通过溶剂回收塔加热方案的优化,在开停工阶段,污水中的乙腈含量降低了868 mg/kg,COD含量下降了917.5 mg/L,在正常运行阶段,污水中的乙腈含量下降了52.3%,COD总量下降了31.9%。有效缓解了下游污水处理单元的压力,为企业的环保达标打下了良好基础。 Sewage index of solvent recovery tower for 160 kt/a butadiene unit in Fushun Petrochemical Company was studied,control weakness on the system was found and optimization on heating project was put forth. By optimization on heating project of the solvent recovery tower,content of acetonitrile and COD in the sewage was separately decreased by 868 mg/kg and 917. 5 mg/L during start-up and shutdown period,the corresponding content decline was separately 52. 3% and 31. 9% in normal running period. Treatment pressure of the downstream sewage unit was efficiently relieved,which provided good base for environmental compliance of the enterprise.
