摘要 中国石油锦西石化公司在5×10~4m^3/h制氢装置除氧水系统上使用旋膜除氧器。结果表明,除氧水中溶解氧的质量浓度控制在10~15μg/L时,能有效避免因蒸汽品质不合格致余热锅炉蒸发面发生氧腐蚀进而导致装置停工的问题。 To solve the corrosion by dissolved oxygen in the exhaust heat boiler because of the unqualified steam, rotating - film deaerator was used in the deoxygenated water system of 5×10^4m^3/h hydrogen plant in Jinxi Petrochemical Company. The results showed that dissolved oxygen content in the deoxygenated water was controlled in the range of 10 -15 μg/L, which prevented shutdown problem of the unit due to oxygen corrosion occurring in the evaporation surface.
