延迟焦化装置分馏塔结盐原因分析及解决措施 被引量:5

摘要 延迟焦化装置分馏塔结盐影响装置平稳运行,会导致分馏塔压降增大、汽油干点升高、分馏系统操作紊乱。分析分馏塔结盐的原因,并对生产过程中采取的解决措施及其效果进行了介绍,包括优化操作条件减缓结盐、在线水洗除盐、添加结盐控制剂除盐、顶循回流脱水除盐。通过采取相应的措施,能有效缓解或解决分馏塔的结盐问题,保证装置的平稳运行。 Stable running of the unit was influenced by salt - out on fractionator for delayed coking unit, including increasement on pressure drop, raise on dry point of gasoline, operation disorder of the fractionation system. Cause for salt - out was analyzed, solving measures in pro- duction and corresponding effect were described, such as retard salt - out by optimization on the operation condition, dechloridation by online water cleaning and addition of salt - out inhibitor and top loop backflow dehydration. Salt - out problem of the fractionator was efficiently retarded or solved by adopting corresponding measures, which ensure stable running of the unit.
